Terri's Sweet Cakes operates as an online bakery out of two ghost kitchens in the St. Louis area. Since we don’t operate as a traditonal storefront, all orders must be placed online or through direct communication with our team. If you’d like to schedule a pickup or discuss delivery options, just let us know! We’re happy to accommodate and ensure a seamless experience.

Yes! We offer delivery throughout Southern Illinois and St. Louis region. This covers up to 1 hour outside of the immediate STL area.

Booking in Advance:

Book 2-3 weeks ahead to avoid rush fees.

Rush Fees:

$50 for orders placed 1 week before due date.

$75 for orders placed less than a week before due date.

For all specialty cakes, we require 2-3 week notice as we are typically booked this far in advance. But if you're wanting a simple 2-3 layer cakes, we can have those done by next depending on how full our calendar is. Just contact us for more info!

A deposit of 50% is required for all orders over $100 to book your order for the day you selected.

Absolutely not! Feel free to checkout our extensive birthday cake portfolio. But if you have an idea in mind, submit for a custom cake quote with the details or picture of the cake you are wanting.

In addition to our cake baking services, Terri's Sweet Cakes offers a range of value-added services to enhance our customers' experience. We provide delivery and setup services for an additional fee, so customers can focus on enjoying their event without worrying about transportation and logistics. We also offer complementary products, such as cupcakes, cookies, and other baked goods, to give our customers more options for their dessert table. Finally, we are always happy to work with our customers to create custom cake designs and flavors that reflect their unique style and preferences.

Unfortunately, no. All cakes are baked and design to order. This is why it's crucial for you to contact us and book your order asap. But, if you are looking for our signature "Cake Cups", we have those available for delivery or pickup. Just checkout our online "Cake Shop"!

We offer cake tasting boxes for a small fee. This will allow you to sample 6 different cake flavors.

We accept all debit/credit cards, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, and Klarna. We DO NOT accept cash or EBT payments.
